1.1) My FGunZ Client crashes when I try to login.
1.2) My FGunZ Launcher is gone.
1.3) My FGunZ Launcher is not updating my files.
1.4) Agent Error / 999 Ping (Agent not available)
1.5) I get a "You failed to send the correct heartbeat" error when trying to login.
1.6) I can't see any servers in-game.
1.7) Invalid CRC file.

1.1) My FGunZ Client crashes when I try to login.
- Download Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 here, install it and restart FGunZ.
- Disable the real-time protection of your anti-virus
- Disable DEP (Data Execution Prevention).

1.2) My FGunZ Launcher is gone.
Your anti-virus software probaly deleted it.
Disable your anti-virus software and download the FGunZ Launcher here, move it to your FGunZ folder and add the FGunZ Launcher to the exception list of your anti-virus software to prevent future problems.

1.3) My FGunZ Launcher is not updating my files.
Your anti-virus software or firewall blocks it.
Add the FGunZ Launcher to the exception list of your anti-virus software and firewall.
If that doesn't work, download all files here and move them to your FGunZ folder.

1.4) Agent Error / 999 Ping (Agent not available)
This can either be caused by your router or the MatchAgent is not running (on the FGunZ server). Please check this topic for more information and detailed help.

1.5) I get a "You failed to send the correct heartbeat" error when trying to login.
Your FGunZ client files are either outdated, edited or missing.
Download all files here and move them to your FGunZ folder.
You can also try the following suggested by StephanM in this link.

1.6) I can't see any servers in-game.
Your firewall or anti-virus software is blocking the incoming and outgoing traffic of Freestyle GunZ.
Add gunz.exe and gunzlauncher.exe (inside your FGunZ folder) to the exception list of your firewall and anti-virus software and restart FGunZ.

1.7) Invalid CRC file.

Please send a private message to SuperWaffle on the forums and he will recover it for you.

2.3) The website says I have a clan but I don't have one in-game.
Please send a private message to SuperWaffle on the forums and he will delete the clan for you.

2.4) Am I allowed to share my account?
We don't support account-sharing.
If you lose your account because you decided to give your password away, we will not, and never will, recover it.

3.1) I'm not playing FGunZ anymore, can I have my money back?
No, you cannot. Donations are used to cover hosting and other costs.
If you charge your money back you will be permanently banned from FGunZ.

3.2) I donated but didn't receive any coins.
This happens because the automated donation system of PayPal sometimes doesn't work.
You should post a topic on the forums in the donation section.
